The Broken Yolk is a chain serving breakfast and lunch. The one in Oceanside is fairly new new. We went there on a Sunday morning. The place was busy but we had no wait. Service was friendly and attentive. Very clean. Good eggs Benedict. The sauce was fresh, the ham was tasty, and the eggs were done just right. I asked for the hash browns crispy, and they were some of the best I've ever had. Recommended. 4/5 only because they didn't give us warm syrup for Mallory's pancakes. We didn't ask, but it should be standard any good breakfast restaurant.
