lunch at Stone Brewery


This is an artisanal restaurant in Escondido, CA.  The place is huge and was crowded. They take your cell number and text you when your table is ready; a novelty to us. It was just Mallory and I and we were seated within 10 minutes.

Service was prompt, attentive, and friendly. The menu isn't overwhelming and there are lots of interesting choices. They make their own soda and ketchup.

I chose to have two appetizers as my meal.

These perogi were crisp and filling. They are on a bed of caramelized onions.

This is the mac and cheese. 

Interesting place with good food. Mallory had tilapia and gave it a thumbs up.
